The vacancy rate average across Regional Victoria has remained unchanged at 2.4% in August from the previous month. Bendigo specifically, had a vacancy rate of 2.8%, up from 2.7% in July. Source: REIV
Observation: There are a lot of rental properties available still and as a result, competition demands that price adjustments may be required to meet the market.
